Meet The Owner
After over 15 years of working for a variety of HR recruiters, I made the decision to set up Lewis Search HR in the Autumn of 2019. My passion and reason for establishing the business was and always will be, to provide a service which is personable and respectful to all. I am immensely proud that 90% of our business is derived from referrals and recommendation.

We work with an eclectic blend of businesses from start ups, through to globally recognised PLCs across a range of sectors.

In my spare time, I am unashamedly a foodie. Whether it’s a backyard BBQ’s or fine dining I am happy! I also have a lifetime love affair with Liverpool FC and last but by no means least, enjoying family walks in the Buckinghamshire countryside with my Cockapoo – Otto.
